How does YEZA.ai integrate into our existing systems?

Downstream Integration: YEZA.ai produces an industry-standard E2B file in the format and with the necessary parameters as determined during each client’s implementation to support seamless import into their respective safety database(s), including but not limited to: Oracle Argus, ArisGlobal LifeSphere and Veeva Vault Safety.

Client-Side Deployment: YEZA.ai will implement the appropriate client-side agent, such as for Microsoft Sharepoint, inside your company firewall for securely, reliably and efficiently communicating with our APIs. This is based on your organization’s system architecture and IT policies, so we work with your IT-colleagues to determine what’s best for you.
What kind of data does YEZA.ai process?

YEZA.ai processes unredacted source files containing suspect adverse drug reactions and/or product complaints to support your Pharmacovigilance Intake process – this includes but is not limited to .pdf and .msg (email) formats.

Machine Translation and Audio Processing are on the product roadmap so please contact us if of interest as we’re looking for development partners.

YEZA.ai’s AI Agents process your pre-scanned files in a Secure and Isolated environment, transforming them into E2B XML format, and securely returning them for downstream processing, without permanent storage.

Yes – each implementation of YEZA.ai is validated based on your specific needs.

As a Software-as-a-Service provider following an AGILE software development approach, YEZA.ai uses tools, including but not limited to Jira, Confluence, and GitHub, within our software development life cycle and system implementation.

YEZA.ai aims to keep all relevant records and information within these systems and avoid repetition and overdocumentation. This approach is described in our Software Development Lifecycle SOP and discussed with clients during their implementation project.

Please note that we also follow our client’s own SOPs and/or procedures when appropriate.
